By downloading, installing, or using the Repbase mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Account Requirement: Use of the App requires creation of an account. You must sign in using one of the available authentication methods (Apple Sign In, Email/Password, or Google Sign In) to access and use the App.
2. Description of Service
Repbase is a fitness tracking application that provides:
- Comprehensive exercise database (1200+ exercises)
- Workout planning and tracking
- Progress monitoring and analytics
- Health data integration (HealthKit)
- Premium subscription features
- Live Activity workout tracking
3. User Accounts
Account Requirement
- An account is required to use the App. You cannot use the App without creating an account
- You must sign in using one of the available authentication methods (Apple Sign In, Email/Password, or Google Sign In)
- You must provide accurate and complete information during account creation
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person
Account Security
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription Terms
Premium Subscription
- Monthly Plan: Pricing displayed in the App Store
- Yearly Plan: Pricing displayed in the App Store
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
- Pricing may vary by region and currency
Billing and Payment
- Payment charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscription renews automatically 24 hours before expiration
- Manage subscriptions through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Free Trial (if applicable)
- Free trial period specified at time of subscription
- Trial converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel anytime through iOS Settings
- Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
- Refund requests handled by Apple according to their policies
5. Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
- Personal, non-commercial use of the App
- Creating and tracking your own workouts
- Sharing workout data with healthcare providers (your choice)
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the App to harm others or infringe on their rights
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Medical Disclaimer
- Repbase is for general fitness tracking and workout logging purposes only.
- Repbase is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
- Repbase does not perform medical tests or measure vital signs (including blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose, blood oxygen, or other clinical measurements) using only the sensors on your device.
- Any health-related metrics or estimates (such as calories burned, workout volume, or trends) are approximations based on your inputs and, where enabled, HealthKit or system data, and may be inaccurate.
- You must not rely on the App as the sole basis for making medical decisions. Always check with a doctor in addition to using the App, including before starting any new exercise program or changing your health regimen.
- If you have or suspect you have a medical condition or emergency, seek professional medical care or contact emergency services immediately and do not rely on the App.
Regulatory Status
- The App has not been evaluated, approved, or certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other medical device regulatory authority.
- We do not claim any regulatory clearance or certification for medical use of the App.
User Responsibility
- Exercise at your own risk and within your capabilities
- Stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort
- Seek medical attention for any health concerns
- Ensure proper form and safety during workouts
7. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- Repbase app, design, and content are our property
- Exercise database and workout plans are licensed or owned by us
- Trademarks and logos are our property
Your Rights
- You retain ownership of your personal workout data
- You grant us license to use your data to provide app services
- You can export your data at any time
8. Privacy and Data

- We collect data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You consent to data collection and processing
- We use data to provide and improve app services
Health Data
- HealthKit integration requires explicit user consent

9. Third-Party Services

10. App Availability and Updates

- We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability
- Maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions

- Some updates may be required to continue using the App
- New features may be added to premium subscriptions
11. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties

- We do not warrant that the App will be error-free
Limitation of Damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
13. Termination
By You
- You may delete your account at any time
- Subscription cancellation does not delete your account
- Account deletion removes all your data
- Note: Deleting your account will prevent you from accessing the App, as an account is required for use
By Us
We may terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Use the App in a harmful manner
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Modified" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
